I have worked in the Organization / Strategic / Management department of Eroski Group last 8 years, the 2nd largest retail company in Spain. I am an expert in projects related to designing new organizational structures and new services. Note that I have been one of the leaders of the implementation of self-managed teams, in the whole company (40.000 employees and over 1.000 retail stores). I have also developed several projects related to the design and implementation of new ways of relationships with customers and re-thinking business models, optimization of activities, strategic and taking decision processes, etc…
