BIO:

Environmental Scientist. Working as Innovation strategist and as a researcher on open innovation and entrepreneurship.

An enthusiastic Environmental Sciences graduate and Design Thinking expert with work experience in Spain, England Iceland and Germany in social innovation and environmental management. His experience at HUB Berlin helped him become more aware about social issues and wanted to explore innovative processes and environments. This life changing experience led him to move to service design and strategic creativity consultancy with Funky Projects back in Bilbao, thus being involved in projects to: empower youth participation with local governments, create experiences for new meeting points for multicultural coexistence in cities, social research to create new services, among others.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND AND PROFESSIONAL OCCUPATION:

Lecturer on service design and Researcher on Open Innovation and Entrepreneurship for the University of Mondragon (Spain) within the innovative educational model of Mondragon Team Academy. Completing an International Master on Intrapreneurship and Open Innovation where he is exploring how to design people centered projects creating social positive impact while having a global mindset due to the multiple learning journeys he does abroad. Also the team leader of the Hub Gipuzkoa, an initiative to create a center of social innovation in the Basque Country. Member of Ashoka Iberia Jóvenes Changemakers and responsible for leading the launch of the program in the Basque Country.

MINN [Intraekintzailetza eta Berrikuntza Irekiko Nazioarteko Master Exekutiboa] ingurune irekiekin erlazioa, izaera partehartzaile eta prozesu sortzaileei zuzenduriko ikaskuntza bidaia exekutibo dinamiko eta eraldatzailea da. Kontextu enpresarial garaikide honetan pertsona, enpresa eta komunitatearen arteko elkarrekintzaren inguruan ikertzeko eta esperimentatzeko sortu den programa da hau. QUIENES SOMOS

MINN [Master Internacional Ejecutivo en Intraemprendizaje e Innovación Colaborativa] es un viaje de aprendizaje ejecutivo dinámico y en constante evolución al servicio de los procesos creativos, con carácter participativo y ligado a entornos abiertos. Se trata de una programa creado para investigar y experimentar en torno a la interacción entre el individuo, la empresa y la comunidad en un contexto empresarial actual. El valor del MINN radica en un equipo único para la experimentación y la promoción de nuevas fórmulas interdisciplinarias.
